Enjoy!
(c'est en Anglais mais bon)
Arrival of Fentiger & Goose in Leuven after a very long journey.
Dinner “en petit commitee” on friday evening
Ready for some lanes!
Picking up some more nice Leafers...
The very first yards of more then 30 miles of greenlaning...
Toby in action on the frozen ground...
and young James...
fully concentrated with my brother as co-pilot,
Johan(behind wheel) with Tom...
Wannes(Warci)...
Raf (brother of Johan) with their father’s restored 109 SIII SW.
Everybody’s tyres looking for some grip...
2 Restored 109’s before a nice restoration project (“bit” work though...).
Nice not to big group
Taking a picture of someone who’s taking a picture...
You’ll still find some unspoilt territory in Flanders...
Smiling faces...
Lunch “in the middle of nowhere”...
Freshly opened lanes...
Old school...
Think I’ve seen this nice 109 SIIA SW somewhere before...
Ah, buildings, people,... simple, just stay out!(though not always easy in Flanders...)
I think some really liked An’s cake...
Michel’s nice 109 SIIA (though with SIII grill...) “gendarmerie”...
Two British 88 IIA’s in Flanders Fields...
The weather was definitly on our side!
‘Aperitive’ in a local pub...
Heading back to Leuven...
The Belgian connection...”Camel Trophy 1983” in...Zaire; the very last edition with Leafers...
Thanks to the great work of An there was nice food for everybody
Sunday was a rather calm day except at Michel’s place; Toby fixed my brakelights (thanks again!) while Michel was wrestling with a SIIA gearbox.
Especially thanks to Toby, Annabel & James for making the trip and bringing some spares and to all the rest for being at our greenlaning tour (especially also Johan for sending in some nice piccies)!
Cheers!
Carl & An
Ps. We’ll surely organise this small but great(☺) event next year!
Voila, tout pour l'instant; j'espère que ça vous avez plu.
